Platform Terms of Use

This is a convenience translation. In case of any discrepancy the Turkish text prevails.

These terms govern the use of the site and property management platform at https://yonetim.vialifegroup.com operated by VİALİFE GROUP (the "Platform"). Anyone signing in accepts these terms.

1. Scope

The Platform records and shares requests, work, inspection reports, announcements, quotes, keys and cashbook entries for sites and properties managed by Vialife. It is not an emergency channel; in an emergency call the emergency services.

2. Accounts

There is no public sign-up; accounts are created by Vialife invitation only.

  • Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
  • Keep your password and verification codes secret.
  • Report suspected misuse immediately to [email protected].
  • Vialife may suspend accounts for security or contractual reasons.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Platform:

  • Access only records you are authorised for, and only for your work.
  • Do not copy, export or share other people's personal data without authorisation.
  • Do not enter false, misleading, abusive or unlawful content.
  • Never enter door codes, alarm codes, passwords or similar secrets in any field.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, overload the Platform or scrape data.

4. Nature of records

Cashbook and other financial entries are informational and do not replace official accounting records, invoices or receipts. Inspection reports reflect observations at the time of the visit and are not expert or legal findings. Records are not deleted; errors are marked by reasoned cancellation or correction.

5. Liability

Vialife operates the Platform with care and reasonable security measures; interruptions caused by maintenance, infrastructure or third-party services may occur. Users are responsible for damage arising from use contrary to these terms. The management / service contract prevails.

6. Personal data

Processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Notice.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The courts of Kyrenia (Girne) have jurisdiction unless the management / service contract provides otherwise.
